Before welding, temporary clamps align the aluminium bulwark sections. Aluminium plates, weld beads, sections, clamps and the unfinished wheelhouse are visible. The welder joins hull and superstructure components before the craft is equipped. The small metal hull is built on supports inside a fabrication workshop.
