The cylindrical chamber surrounds trays loaded with compacts. An open cylindrical chamber contains three trays loaded with rectangular compacts. The furnace is used to vacuum-sinter compacted parts for NdFeB magnets. A circular door, seals and service connections surround the chamber inside the workshop.
